line-height: 1.8em !important;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-size: 0.34rem !important; line-height: 1.8em !important;"> 嚴(yán)格說來，體表因為反射機制出現(xiàn)某種可以察覺反應(yīng)的部位稱為“反映點”或“反射點（Reflex points）” 。反映點也經(jīng)常被稱為“反應(yīng)點（Reaction points ）”，但反應(yīng)點的名稱偏重于局部出現(xiàn)的反應(yīng)現(xiàn)象，沒有強調(diào)出現(xiàn)該反應(yīng)的機理是反射，故不如反映點來得準(zhǔn)確。當(dāng)局部反應(yīng)的性質(zhì)主要是壓痛時，則又稱“壓痛點（Tenderness points） ” 。反應(yīng)也可以是其他一些形式，如皮膚電阻降低，則又稱為良導(dǎo)點。具有各種反應(yīng)形式或?qū)Υ碳み^敏的部位，也經(jīng)常統(tǒng)稱為“敏感點（Sensitive points）”。西方則應(yīng)用“Trigger point（激痛點、觸發(fā)點或扳機點）”的名稱。按激痛點的定義，它們是位于軟組織主要是肌肉內(nèi)的高敏感的區(qū)域，有局部壓痛或刺痛、麻木、燒灼或癢的牽涉感覺。然而，在穴位的這些名稱中，大多表述的都是穴位的某方面特性，如壓痛點（敏感性）、良導(dǎo)點（低電阻）、激痛點或觸發(fā)點（按壓時可觸發(fā)某處的牽涉痛或疼痛緩解），只有反映點或反射點最能確切地表述穴位的形成機制與受刺激時的治病機制，即體表特定部位與其所聯(lián)系的內(nèi)部器官或其他組織的雙向反射性聯(lián)系。</span></font></h3><h3><font style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
