white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 在這里，我要特別贊賞鉛山宗親為成立宗親文化研究會付出的辛勤勞動，我用一副對聯(lián)對他們的付出表示感謝：“不分長幼，無論多少，盡情表心意，沒有尊卑皆宗親；放下生意，拋開私事，盡力擔義務，全在你我共姓羅”。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 中國有百家姓、千家姓，唯有羅氏最親近。“天下羅無二派，千年本是一家?！比澜缌_姓至少百分之八十以上都是豫章羅珠的后裔。羅珠自幼勤奮攻書，知識淵博，超群逾俗，敏于辨事，有雄才大略。滅秦伐楚有功，拜相國大司農。拜相期間，賦稅寬平而國用優(yōu)豐，德聲顯赫。羅珠公從湖南長沙遷到豫章西山之后，在此筑城，名曰豫章城，豫章郡的名號由此而來。羅珠公在此定居下來，為羅氏開創(chuàng)深厚的基業(yè)打下了基礎。羅氏是中華民族歷史上最團結的姓氏，從宋代就開始實施了排行輩分用字的全國統(tǒng)一，例如“亨運會時來，賢嗣序昭穆”，這是中華民族史上難能可貴的唯一。在宗親文化中，羅姓是個值得每個羅姓人自豪的姓氏。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 一是歷史長。羅氏遠祖第一世黃帝，第四世顓頊，第七世祝融。上古有八姓，羅氏是八姓之一的妘，距今至少4000年。羅姓發(fā)源河南羅山，商代中葉遷陜西渭水，周武王匡正公受封羅子國，周宣王南遷湖北湖南被楚國所滅，一直到凌甫公前366年復國以國為姓，有2384年。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 二是族譜早。族譜發(fā)展經歷四個階段：（1）上古帝王才有譜；（2）秦漢世家開始有譜；（3）秦漢之后到唐士大夫有譜；（4）唐末宋初至今，民間才放開修譜。羅氏族譜在凌甫公就已修成，這是一個通譜，距今2340年。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 三是家族旺。羅氏歷經苦難，流徙面廣，凄苦悲滄，披荊斬棘。劉邦打敗項羽，派灌嬰平定南粵王趙佗，進駐南昌建灌嬰城，長沙人羅君用的兒子治粟內史羅珠繼建南昌城。羅珠有六個兒子，后來分居江西、陜西、江蘇、河南，漸成大勢，形成五大望郡：豫章、長沙、襄陽、河東（太原）、齊郡（濟南），宋元時羅氏占全國人口0.44%，明代占0.75%，現(xiàn)在占1%。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 四是家風正。家風是一個家族的共同信仰，羅氏家風：忠誠為本，耕讀濟世，禮儀傳家，仁愛孝敬，清白自守，心懷天下。羅氏家訓：奉祖先，孝父母，睦兄弟，和夫婦，嚴閨閫，親宗族，敬師長，信朋友，力耕種，勤誦讀，存忠厚，尚勤儉，習禮儀，戒淫惡，戒為非，戒賭博，戒酗酒，戒爭訟，戒溺女，戒洋煙。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 五是群體廣。羅氏由一個網(wǎng)鳥為生的部落繁衍到現(xiàn)在全國第18位的大姓，人口1400多萬。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 習近平總書記說：文化興國運興，文化強民族強。沒有文化繁榮昌盛，就沒有中華民族偉大復興。習近平總書記說的文化，當然也包括中國傳統(tǒng)文化。宗親文化是中國傳統(tǒng)文化的細胞，蘊含著傳統(tǒng)文化五倫、五常、四維、八德的精髓。五倫是說：父子有親、君臣有義、長幼有序、夫妻有別、朋友有信。倫亂了，國家就亂了；五常是說：仁義禮智信。這是人的行為準則；四維是說;禮義廉恥。四維不張，國乃滅亡；八德是說：孝悌忠信仁愛和平。傳統(tǒng)文化表彰的八種德行，家族道德置于首位。宗親文化幾千年一代又一代傳承，保佑了家族平安、國家平安。但近代以來，宗親文化衰落了。為什么會衰落？一是學習西方科技文化，把自己文化丟掉了。二是現(xiàn)代化社會結構的變化，宗族化為核心的家庭退化了。三是城市化的發(fā)展，族人四散進入城市。所以，當前弘揚我們的宗親文化就是弘揚傳統(tǒng)文化，這是我們進入新時代羅氏宗親聯(lián)誼會的新使命。</p><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 實際上，我們鉛山羅氏宗親文化研究會也有三個哪里：一是我們從哪里來？艱難險阻，歷經磨難，我們從4000年的歷史走過來，有匡正公、凌甫公、珠公及開基祖宗帶我們走來；二是我們現(xiàn)在在哪里？羅氏宗親文化是當今中國文化自信的重要資源，羅氏家風家訓是構建和諧社會的文化基礎。我們正處在一個發(fā)展的新時代，我們要應對重重的新挑戰(zhàn)；三是我們將要去哪里？我們要弘揚列祖列宗的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，去創(chuàng)造羅氏家族的美好未來。</p><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
