-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">黃 志 洋 出生于福建泉州南安，現(xiàn)居廈門。1990年至2002年創(chuàng)辦美術(shù)中專學(xué)校并任校長(zhǎng)職務(wù)；2005年結(jié)業(yè)于中國(guó)油畫人體風(fēng)景研修班（天津美院）；2006年至2008年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)人民大學(xué)藝術(shù)學(xué)院首屆油畫創(chuàng)作碩士研究生班；2011年結(jié)業(yè)于第五屆廈門漆畫高研班；2016年赴意大利藝術(shù)交流。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
