-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 結(jié)束了本學(xué)期九年級(jí)繁重的教學(xué)工作，寒假伊始，我接到學(xué)校通知,去八小參加“薊州區(qū)教育系統(tǒng)成果匯報(bào)演出”一個(gè)朗誦節(jié)目的面試，經(jīng)過層層選拔，很幸運(yùn)，我走到了最后，登上了那個(gè)夢寐已久的絢麗舞臺(tái)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 幾天的緊張排練，我得到了漁陽中學(xué)劉老師和八小李校長的悉心指導(dǎo)，兩位老師逐字逐句精準(zhǔn)示范，耐心講解。經(jīng)過反復(fù)打磨，我的朗誦水平有了很大提升。李校長和劉老師那種精益求精的工作態(tài)度和忘我的工作精神深深感染了我。從教25年來，在朗讀技巧上得到名師指導(dǎo)，我還是第一次，真的是感受頗豐，受益匪淺！</h3> <h3> 以前參加過的大型演出活動(dòng)，都是美美的坐在臺(tái)下，欣賞著臺(tái)上演員們的精彩表演，那種輕松與愜意不言而喻。這一次親身經(jīng)歷，才真切的感受到導(dǎo)演組和所有演職人員的辛苦與不容易！在上場的前一刻，演員們還在后臺(tái)反復(fù)練習(xí)每一個(gè)動(dòng)作、眼神，熟悉每一句臺(tái)詞，那畫面真的好美！</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 學(xué)校定于放假第一周進(jìn)行家訪。我積極為九五班同學(xué)準(zhǔn)備了家訪資料手冊，并認(rèn)真總結(jié)了第一輪家訪的問題，在設(shè)計(jì)路線，座談內(nèi)容，交流方式，提升成績等各方面都做好了充足準(zhǔn)備。但由于這次匯報(bào)演出的緊急排練，沒能和校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及九年級(jí)教師同步完成家訪任務(wù)。很是遺憾！</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 為了全面了解學(xué)生放假后的情況，農(nóng)歷臘月二十六演出一結(jié)束，我就開始電話家訪，和家長、孩子進(jìn)行電話交流，詢問孩子們放假期間學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)，時(shí)間分配、日常鍛煉等情況，對有問題的學(xué)生進(jìn)行耐心的指導(dǎo)。檢查了孩子們第一周作業(yè)完成情況。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
