<p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0); font-size:22px;">2023年5月9日至20日，應顧保國戰(zhàn)友的邀請，來自廣東，湖北，河南三地，原383團三營機炮連（對越自衛(wèi)反擊戰(zhàn)擴編前的連隊）指導員王揚惜，排長李洪探，班長楊顯德，朱立芳，黃娘準等戰(zhàn)友相聚中原，開展了長達十天的看望戰(zhàn)友，游覽各地風景名勝的豫東旅行?！?lt;/b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">顧保國，1976年3月入伍，服役在383團3營機炮連。在部隊被128師評為學雷鋒積極分子標兵，榮立二等功，三等功各一次。1977年進入信陽指揮學院學習，學習期間被評為優(yōu)秀學員標兵，先后兩次榮立三等功。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">1981年12月轉業(yè)至河南省夏邑縣，先后在法院，公安局刑警隊，地方政府，地方政法部門工作。在刑警隊長任上先后榮立個人一等功一次，三等功6次，1985年榮獲河南省人才十佳駿馬獎，1986年6月被河南省公安系統(tǒng)授予優(yōu)秀刑警隊長英模稱號。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">1988年8月至2001年先后擔任夏邑縣鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)鎮(zhèn)長.黨委書記。2001年至2006年先后擔任夏邑縣政法委書記，民權縣人民檢察院院長，期間在1992年至2001年連續(xù)13年被評為河南省社會治安綜合治理先進工作者，黨風廉政建設標兵、2002年被評為全國法制教育先進工作者，受到中共中央政法委表彰，2005年10月被評為中國百名優(yōu)秀改革人物，在北京人民大會堂受到國家表彰。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:22px;">2006年至2020年擔任河南省商丘市人民檢察院專職檢委，副檢察長。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">2020年10月任命為中國創(chuàng)新策劃研究院中部分院副院長兼河南省分院院長。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">保國戰(zhàn)友是一位有志向，有能力，有擔當，善于駕馭本職使命，不可多得的成功人士！</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">無論是軍旅，還是地方工作，他目標明確，初心永恒，立場堅定，意志堅強。工作起來精力旺盛，信心十足，認準目標，不達目的不罷休。他堅韌不拔的毅力，寧折不彎的拼博精神是一般人做不到的。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">他繼承部隊光榮傳統(tǒng)，永保軍人本色，立黨為公，執(zhí)政為民，為官一任，造福一方百姓，深受群眾愛戴，他清正廉潔，幾十年如一日，初心不改真正踐行了一名共產黨員的使命擔當。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">保國戰(zhàn)友重情重義。對戰(zhàn)友，對親人，對群眾，他始終如一，真誠以待。他常說；……你們是我人生成長道路上的恩人、貴人，當初起步時，沒有你們的幫助，就無法有我今天的成就。懂得感恩的心，讓我在人生成長的道路上，留下伏仰無愧天地的足跡……。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">他是一個懂得感恩的人，在他人生成長的道途中，對于幫助過他成長的人，總是念念不忘，牢記心中。多年來，多次表示，要把他在從軍路上的戰(zhàn)友、班長、排長、連首長和入黨介紹人請在一起，好好聚聚，暢敘戰(zhàn)友情！由于工作繁忙，這個愿望一直沒有實現(xiàn)。直到2023年5月中旬，他才從繁忙的工作中抽出時間，專車全程陪同我們在豫東各地會見戰(zhàn)友，游名勝，覽古跡，十天的戰(zhàn)友相聚情更深，意更濃。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">宴會開始，王指導員捧出一罈珍藏多年的廣西《三花》名酒，并向戰(zhàn)友們講述這罈酒的來歷；那是1979年3月，對越自衛(wèi)反擊戰(zhàn)勝利回國的一天，在廣西前線，43軍褚傳禹軍長親自將廣西政府慰問部隊的《三花》美酒，獎勵給他一罈，戰(zhàn)時他任43軍保衛(wèi)處干事，跟隨褚軍長擔任安全保衛(wèi)工作。他把這罈酒珍藏40多年，一直舍不得喝，今天拿出來招待眾戰(zhàn)友，同戰(zhàn)友們分享暢飲勝利酒，“讓我們舉起酒杯，祝愿祖國繁榮昌盛，祝福戰(zhàn)友們身體安康！生活幸福！干杯！隨著祝福聲，戰(zhàn)友們歡聚一堂，分享美酒，暢敘戰(zhàn)友情！</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);
