Though it costs money upfront, it can save us from significant problems if we have an accident.</p> <p class="ql-block"> Sometimes the second expression is better. For example: In China, mobile payments are very convenient for daily purchases. But when traveling, we should still carry cash in case we encounter areas with no network coverage where all devices become unable to make digital payments.
