?the Nation’s Splendor <p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;">正見聞</p> <p class="ql-block"> 在中國當(dāng)代陶瓷藝術(shù)的長卷上,有這樣一束溫潤而堅韌的光芒,它不僅照亮了“建白瓷”這條幾近沉寂的古道,更以其獨有的溫度,在時光中刻下雋永的印記。這束光,源自被譽為當(dāng)代“建白瓷”之父、中國陶瓷藝術(shù)終身成就獎獲得者——寇富平。他既是這一古老技藝的虔誠守護者,也是為其注入時代魂魄的勇敢開路人。在他浩如星辰的創(chuàng)作生涯中,有一件作品,始終如明月般皎潔,跨越半個多世紀,串聯(lián)起歷史、藝術(shù)與使命的軌跡——那便是《牡丹刻花筆筒》。</p> <p class="ql-block"> 它的誕生,烙印著一個充滿理想與情懷的年代。1963年,年輕的寇富平懷著對新生共和國的赤誠與對陶瓷藝術(shù)的虔誠,為當(dāng)時的國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人精心創(chuàng)作了這件文房雅器。他以刀為筆,以瓷為紙,將國花牡丹的形與魂凝練于筒身之上。每一瓣舒展,每一脈蜿蜒,皆灌注匠心;在溫潤如玉的建白瓷胎上,牡丹雍容而立,端莊中見富貴,靜雅中寓昌隆。這已不僅是一件文具,更是一件承載著時代祝福的藝術(shù)珍品,因此被譽為“主席筆筒”,莊嚴地陳列于人民大會堂的廳室之中,默默見證歷史的步履。</p> <p class="ql-block"> 真正的經(jīng)典,從不為歲月所掩,反因時光的淬煉而愈發(fā)璀璨。2012年,“建白瓷”成功復(fù)產(chǎn)后,寇富平大師的一批代表作被鄭重收藏于中央黨校大有書局圖書館,并設(shè)立專柜集中陳列。其中,《牡丹刻花筆筒》及《羊頭花瓶》《螭龍瓶》等十四件精品一同入藏,宛如一座靜謐的藝術(shù)殿堂?!堆蝾^花瓶》的樸拙渾厚、《螭龍瓶》的靈動莊嚴,更被陳設(shè)于接待國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的廳室,延續(xù)著藝術(shù)禮贊時代、服務(wù)家國的脈脈溫情。</p> <p class="ql-block"> 此件被收藏家們稱為“神筆筒”的旅程,并未就此駐足。它所承載的超越器物之美,早已升華為一種可流傳的精神象征,它與另一作品《永放光芒》共同被古田會議紀念館珍藏,讓革命歷史的厚重與藝術(shù)的光華彼此映照。直至2024年盛夏,這份穿越六十余載春秋的潔白與豐麗,終于抵達其藝術(shù)生涯的又一頂峰——被中國美術(shù)館永久收藏,同年八月,它于館內(nèi)公開展出,常光下瑩潤似脂,燈光下紋影浮動,牡丹仿佛在明暗交錯間靜靜蘇醒,于無聲處,氣象萬千。</p><p class="ql-block"> 從人民大會堂到中央黨校,從古田紀念館到中國美術(shù)館,《牡丹刻花筆筒》以它不朽的藝術(shù)生命,完成了一場貫穿時空的文明巡禮。它如一枚素雅的瓷印,輕輕鈐印在中國現(xiàn)當(dāng)代重要歷史與文化的冊頁之間,透過它,我們看見的不僅是一件大師代表作,更是一段關(guān)于復(fù)興、堅守與超越的傳奇。</p> <p class="ql-block"> 白瓷無瑕,牡丹如語,無聲訴說著一位匠人如何以泥土為基、以火焰為魂,為這個時代,寫下了一曲既靜默又輝煌的史詩。</p> <p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b><i>A Porcelain Brush </i></b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b><i>Writing the Nation’s Splendor</i></b></p><p class="ql-block"> On the grand scroll of contemporary Chinese ceramic art, there is a warm yet resilient light. It not only illuminates the nearly faded path of "Jianbai porcelain," but also leaves an enduring mark through time with its unique warmth. This light emanates from Kou Fuping, revered as the father of modern "Jianbai porcelain" and a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award in Chinese Ceramic Art. He is both a devoted guardian of this ancient craft and a courageous pioneer who infused it with the spirit of the times. Among the countless masterpieces born from his prolific career, one work has remained as radiant as the moon, spanning over half a century to connect the trajectories of history, art, and purpose—this is the "Peony-Engraved Brush Holder."</p><p class="ql-block"> Its creation is imprinted with an era brimming with ideals and sentiment. In 1963, the young Kou Fuping, filled with devotion to the newly founded Republic and a profound reverence for ceramic art, meticulously crafted this literary treasure for the national leaders. With the knife as his brush and porcelain as his paper, he condensed the form and spirit of the peony, China’s national flower, onto the body of the holder. Each unfolding petal, each winding vein, is infused with masterful artistry. On the warm, jade-like surface of the Jianbai porcelain body, the peony stands gracefully—dignified yet opulent, serene yet imbued with prosperity. This is no longer merely a stationery item but an artistic treasure bearing the blessings of its time, thus honored as the "Chairman’s Brush Holder." It rests quietly within the solemn halls of the Great Hall of the People, silently witnessing the footsteps of history.</p><p class="ql-block"> True classics are never dimmed by the passage of time; instead, they shine ever more brilliantly through its tempering. In 2012, following the successful revival of Jianbai porcelain, a collection of Kou Fuping’s representative works was solemnly housed in the Dayou Bookstore Library of the Central Party School, displayed in dedicated cabinets like a tranquil art sanctuary. Among them, fourteen exquisite pieces, including the "Peony-Engraved Brush Holder," "Goat-Head Vase," and "Chi-Dragon Vase," were enshrined together. The rustic solidity of the "Goat-Head Vase" and the lively solemnity of the "Chi-Dragon Vase" were further placed in reception rooms reserved for national leaders, continuing the gentle warmth of art celebrating and serving the nation.</p><p class="ql-block"> The journey of the brush holder did not end there. What it carries has long transcended the beauty of an object, evolving into a lasting spiritual symbol. Later, along with another work, "Eternal Radiance," it was entrusted to the permanent collection of the Gutian Conference Memorial Museum, allowing the weight of revolutionary history and the brilliance of art to reflect one another. Finally, in the summer of 2024, this piece of pristine white and lush beauty, having traversed over six decades, reached another pinnacle of its artistic journey—it was permanently collected by the National Art Museum of China. In August of the same year, it was publicly exhibited within the museum. Under natural light, its surface glows with a creamy, lustrous softness, while under focused illumination, the engraved patterns reveal intricate layers, as if the peony quietly awakens amidst the interplay of light and shadow—silent, yet vast in its presence.</p><p class="ql-block"> From the Great Hall of the People to the Central Party School, and from the Gutian Conference Memorial Museum to the National Art Museum of China, the "Peony-Engraved Brush Holder," with its timeless artistic life, has completed a grand journey traversing time and space. Like an elegant porcelain seal, it gently imprints itself onto the pages of China’s modern and contemporary history and culture. Through it, we see not only a masterpiece by a great artist but also a legend of revival, perseverance, and transcendence. It stands silently—the porcelain flawless, the peony as if speaking—wordlessly narrating how a craftsman, with clay as his foundation and fire as his spirit, composed for this era a quiet yet magnificent epic.</p>
